Judge rules boy who married woman is a delinquent
A judge ruled Wednesday that a 15-year-old boy who skipped school to marry a 37-year-old woman who is pregnant with the boy's child was a delinquent.

The boy, identified only by his initials "A.S.G.", admitted in a juvenile court hearing to violating his probation on a previous burglary conviction by missing school and leaving home Nov. 8 to marry Lisa Lynnette Clark of Gainesville. Clark has been charged with child molestation.

"I am going to make the determination that Mr. A.G. is a delinquent youth," Juvenile Court Judge Mary Carden said of the boy, wearing a dark shirt and pants but no wedding ring, who politely answered her questions with "Yes, ma'am" and "No, ma'am."

.......

Carden said that the boy must have no contact with Clark, either in person, by letters, phone calls, or through others.

"No contact whatsoever. You understand that?" Carden asked the teen, who said "Yes, ma'am." Clark, as a condition of her bond, is required not to come within 100 feet of the boy.
