3. Just so you know.

There is a sense of urgency about this. Where said CARE applicant currently works is a toxic, soul-destroying place. Three people have died in three years, mostly of stress-related illnesses. Each around the age of forty. The macabre humor around the place often leads to the discussion of "who's gonna be next". Grim reaper, indeed.

So the need to find something new where sterlingly polished skills can be applied to new tasks bears a great deal of weight.
