need ideas for one of my patients having Conjoined twins

first things first:
I have already had the patient sign a records release for fundraising yesterday.

So here is the scoop:

I have a patient(very nice lady) who will be having her conjoined twins in approximately two weeks.If the twins make it, this type of pregnancy is high-risk so you never know.The patient is poor so I wanted to do some type of clothing drive(for anyone who thinks they could make clothes for these two.)I also wanted to do a fund drive and maybe get on the radio and raise some money for them.

Any suggestions from people would be nice about how to go about( the easiest way) having her set up an account for donation or how to get this to the radio and all of that stuff would be helpful.

They love stories like this and they usually add links to their own web sites with fundraising information.

Is there any way of finding out exactly HOW they are conjoined? Not trying to be nosey, just thinking this information would help if someone was thinking about making clothes for the kids. And what sex (if known)?
