the the annual lee county republican party`s 17th annual "reagan day dinner" crowd was delighted when judy barr topinka declared that she was a hen! the crowd roared in laughter when she declared "in comparing me to rod blagojevich,just remember: the rooster may crow, but the hen delivers". she also declared that she would be the first hen to govern the the state of illinois the governor's office has yet to comment on her accusation that he is indeed a rooster.the other candidates and their representatives who were present had no comment on judy`s shocking admission.
