Debating the Tea Party
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBZJlkNjuGs

Last Saturday, the Rockford (Illinois) Tea Party finally had members of the local community stand up to them, and tell them they were full of crap. The first four minutes of this video is a fluff piece from Rep. Paul Ryan (the video was uploaded by the Tea Party), but what follows is an unedited debate calling the Tea Party onto the carpet.

Ulysses S. Arn and Del Wasso debated the future of America and the 2012 Federal budget plan of House budget committee chairman Paul Ryan.

Ulysses S. Arn is a conservative and member of the tea party and argued in favor of the Ryan plan.

Del Wasso is a progressive and founder of the Rockford Sons of Liberty and argued against the Ryan plan.

1. Thanks for posting this.
I will come back to watch it when it is not the middle of the night. I will get more out of it that way.

2. Thanks for posting....I thought the Rockford area was
basically "red", but I see I'm either mistaken,

or there's new hope.

4. Come to the central part of the state.
It gets worse the farther south you go in Illinois (and for the rest of the U.S. in general).
