Announcing my radio show: Tweed & Thompson (On Sundays from 12-2)

Starting tomorrow, I will be on www.radio.depaul.edu every Sunday from 12-2. My sidekick Thompson is just as liberal as I am and some crazy guy at Radio DePaul thought it would be a good idea to give us a show.

The full title is:
"Tweed & Thompson: Liberal radio for a conservative world"

We'll basically chew the fat on what happened on the political level locally, statewide and nationally. I know tomorrow I plan on raking a Peoria Journal Star columnist across the coals, talking about the event I went to yesterday for Danny K. Davis, doing a piece on Obama's performance in the Senate so far, discuss the latest on College Democrats in Chicago, and hopefully run over the latest headlines from around the state.
I also have to make fun of my co-host because he went to the Inauguration on Thursday. He has inside access with the Michigan delegation. Of course I'll plug DU too. Once I figure out how people can call into the radio station, I'll post the phone number. Please at least give the show a shot. I hope to keep it interesting.

I would have been an excellent call-in guest for you. Having a PhD makes me an "expert" :roll: so I get interviewed all the time. You could say that you have the world reknowned Dr. oBeans on to discuss the problems in Iraq, and I could spend 2 hours (or more likely 6 minutes) ripping Smirk.
