my Philosophy professor is the Judge's neighbor and came into class absolutely destroyed on Wednesday. Went into a huge lecture about how can we still be living in a society that promotes hate; she could barely talk, fighting back tears, shaking...:(

But where is the witness who saw this guy coming in/out of the car nearby? I think the cops should at least have this guy in a line up. If he's identified, that should be enough to arrest him for this. I'm sure if they haven't done that already, that would be their next move. Maybe the feds want to build up a rock solid case before they have the cops arrest him. Because they put a price on info leading to the arrest. But the coincidence of the sketch matching his picture is solid enough for me.

In fact we're going to go do some phonebank work today for one the candidates in the Oak Lawn mayoral race, John McNamara.

He's the guy that Jayne Powers, who is the current Clerk in the village and is running for Mayor, tried to force off the ballot.

He was the state rep in our district for 8 years and he's also a personal friend of Mary's Mom and Dad.
