4th District Hoosiers: Be Sure to Vote Ackerson for Congress
If you live in the 4th Congressional District, you've been stuck with Steve Buyer for 8 long terms. For the first time in a long while, he's got a formidable opponent, Nels Ackerson. He's not on the DCCC radar like Montagna in the 3rd District and he doesn't make much noise in the netroots like Barry Welsh in the 6th District, but in this wacky year he really has a shot. And that's despite being in one of the most R districts around, gerrymandered by Dems awhile back in order to pit two incumbent R's against each other.

Ackerson is a good guy and will make a great Congressman. Pass it on to those who aren't as tuned in...please!

1. And Buyer is running a terrible campaign
Remind anyone on the fence which candidate refuses to hold a public debate.

Local veterans have been hammering Buyer in my local paper. Combine Buyer's out-of-touch campaign with some Obama coattails and who knows what might happen?
