Phyllis Schlafly stinks up Northwest Iowa
http://www.siouxcityjournal.com/articles/2005/05/07/news/local/55c7321c018b787b86256ffa00166fe6.txt

Phyllis Schlafly, one of the founders of the modern-day conservative political movement, was in Sioux City Friday promoting her latest book, "The Supremacists -- the Tyranny of Judges and How to Stop It," published by Spence Publishing, in Dallas.

Schlafly spoke with the Journal at the Sioux City office of Congressman Steve King, accompanied by the local and state leaders of the Christian Coalition, Steve Carlson and Steve Scheffler, respectively.

-----
Steve King is a real loser. I feel really bad for those of you stranded in his district.

Also note: Schlafly said the Christian Coalition is working to build its base in Iowa.

You poor poor Hawkeyes

1. I want some man to stand up and tell that bitch
to get back to her kitchen. How DARE she stand up in front of people and tell them what to do? What's wrong with her husband (if she has one), that he lets her travel around the country speaking in front of a bunch of men?? Who does she think she is? She's only a woman, and since she wants women to do nothing, SHE damn well had better start doing nothing.

</sarcasm>

4. Did she mention her gay son?
I would suspect that she did not. It is sad that hateful people like her are given a platform to spread their message. The Journal should be ashamed, but they are corporate media with no intelligence.

5. Barf
They sure are playing this "ativist judges" card pretty hard.

This is all a warmup for the coming Supreme Court openings.
