Pretty much about all I'll listen to now. It is so nice to have. Love the Stephanie Miller show.

1. I do and now I stream from the Boston Progressive talk station so
I can hear Stephanie Miller when I'm inside. I've also gotten into listening to Ed Shultz more since he is on the radio and on the station I'm streaming at home.

Stephanie Miller is definitely my favorite.

2. All the time
Stephanie is my favorite, but I like Randi too. Those guys on Morning Sedition are a tad weak, in my opinion. Haven't heard Lionel much as I go to bed early. I actually emailed Franken and Ms. Katherine Lanpher about coming here, as Katherine is a Quad-City native. I think it'd be great. One note, there isn't a lot of local advertising on there yet. QCemployme.com and Quad City Times are all I've heard so far. I subscribe to the paper and ain't looking for a job at this time.

3. Has there been any advertising and billboards so people know about
the new programming? I'm in CR so it doesn't come in great everywhere. It can be hit and miss.

5. Unfortunately, no.

Those of us who are faithful listeners have been spreading the word, but WKBF is a low power, low budget station. It was dead last in the ratings, and thats why the switch took place. Hopefully, they will advertise somewhere, somehow. I really want this to work. I did, however, see a letter to the editor in the QC Times recently about the station. So the word is slowly getting out.
On edit- this has abslutely nothing to do with politics or AAR, but I saw one of C.R.'s finest guitar players here in town a couple of hours ago. Bryce Janey. If you haven't seen him, you should. He appears all over the CR area. And tonight he was in Davenport. Cool.

4. Wish Franken would quit saying that Leach is
"one of the good guys". Leach is a Bush toady. Have written Franken as much.
We pretty much lose WKBF after sundown, so I haven't heard Lionel either. Morning sedition is weak, I agree.
Can't believe how much Ed Schultz sounds like Limbaugh with a brain. But he has a sense of humor. Limbaugh's idea of a funny is a Dem going bankrupt. That's a knee slapper to the oxycontin man.
Be sure to call or write WKBF and tell them thanks.

6. Already done it.
The very first day they were on and two or three times again. I believe that Franken is entitled to his opinion about Leach, just as you are. Since you hate Leach so much, you better be out there working your ass off for his opponent next year.

8. Thank you, I am
I don't "hate" Leach. Leach is not what he appears to be. He's 90% republican. Also after 30 years you'd think he could do more for his district. What has he done? You've seen my diatribe. I'd like to think this district could put forward a real leader not a folloewer like Leach. I worked for Dave Franker and am working for David Loebsack.
