Absentee Balloting in Iowa
I wanted to drop this link for everyone so that anyone who needs an absentee ballot or who would like to vote early can do so. You may also want to pass it on. No matter how people vote, the more that do, the better America will be.

If you have any questions about how Absentee Balloting works, drop me a line or contact the office of the Secretary of State (Iowa)

2. this is a really good point.
we will have absentee ballot drives around here, but I know personally we have had more trouble than it is worth.
2004 I spent 3 hours trying to get people out to cast a provisional ballot after being informed their ballots had been spoiled. A few were really pissed about it. And of course some were true absentees who could not be reached.
