So the same people that want Iowa to vote on gay marriage
because the "activist court" took away the voice of the people
want the Minnesota supremes to overturn an election that Franken won?
In Iowa the court was "activist" and "legislating from the bench."
In Minnesota no doubt they want the court to change a serious mistake.
