Trooper who had been suspended for disparging Obama email under investigation

Sgt. Rodney Hicok of the Iowa State Patrol is apparently in some sort of trouble again. He has been put on administrative leave and is also under investigation, however the patrol isn't saying why.

Hicok, as you may recall, got in trouble earlier this year for circulating emails with mug shots of people wearing Obama t-shirts and saying that he must have quite the fan base.
