KEYNOTE SPEAKER: David Osterberg, Director, Iowa Policy Project, a non-profit/non-partisan research organization promoting public policy that fosters economic opportunity.

David was a member of the Iowa House of Representatives from ‘83-’94. Besides being director of IPP, he also teaches at the University of Iowa
