Radio stations license renewals

Every five years or so all the radio stations in a given state come up for renewal. Down here in SE Iowa we have a group of clearchannel stations that are part of the right wing noise machine. I would like to start a campaign to get as many letters sent to the FCC as possible to complain about them not being "in the community interest".
My problem is that I do not know how to go about this. I tried looking on the FCC website and got confused.
Also how could we organize such a campaign? I am a neophyte.
The stations in question are WHO, WMT, KXEL, WOC and KXIC. I'll bet there are more in other parts of the state.
Any help?

FCC Chairman Michael Powell,who is also Colin Powell's son and a professed bush groupie, will look over your complaint and make sure it is filed someplace where the sun don't shine.

I don't mean to rain on your parade but until somebody other than bush is recommending people for these appointments, it's a waste of time.

2. I know about Michael Powell

Just thought maybe some show of outrage would get some attention. Maybe Michael Kopps would step in (I'm dreaming I know) and use this as an example of the screwed up system.

4. One of the two liberal on the FCC

I can't remember the others name. Kopps raised a big stink when Powell tried to backdoor the media consolidation vote in spring 2003. Couldn't stop it, but got it out to the public which responded in an unprecidented manner. The Senate then stopped the consolidation and I believe it is on hold for the next congress. Who of course will rush it through, but that's another story.

6. Stopped listening to 106.5 in the Quad Cities

I used to listen to Dwyer and Michaels at work in the morning. I always knew Michaels was right-wing, but I could tolerate it to an extent. Not anymore. Since the election they are off my radio permanently.
I'll bring CD's to listen to from now on.

7. Yeah I live in Davenport and they are a couple of no-talent bums

I think thats why the Bob and Tom Show and another local morning show are overtaking them around here. But I must listen to 106.5 on Sunday mornings because I enjoy "The House of Blues" show. Its usually on about 9:45 or so, and only for an hour. Man I miss KFMH!

8. I think the man who was on KFMH

Now owns KCJJ in Iowa City. 1630 on the AM side of the dial. He has a morning show from 5 - 10 every day. Usually humorous.
