What do folks know about Iowans for Tax Relief

HQ in Muscatine. They seem to be a huge money player in the Iowa Rep party while somehow keeping their name fairly quiet. Just curious what folks know about them?

David Stanley makes Darth Vader look like Mr. Rogers.

David and the Failors (Ed & Ed Jr.) threaten any politician, but especially Republican politicians who will not sign their "no tax pledge." Lots of money. Lots of dirty tricks. They use Steve Grubbs and Victory Enterprises out of Davenport to run the campaigns and underground attack operations of "their" Republican candidates.

David is still mad about loosing the US Senate race to Harold Hughes by a couple of thousand votes in 1968 after spending over a million of his own money (In 1968 dollars). David is the brains behind the operation. Everyone is wondering what happens when he passes from the scene. David graduated from Muscatine High in 1947, so he is no spring chicken.

Be wary be very wary of anything associated with Iowans for Tax Relief!
