Another good meetup.
Scratchtasia, proud2Blib and her other son, Mabus and her husband, Admiral Loinpresser and their pet friend Rex and Patrice attended. Needless to say, we managed between us to solve every dilemma confronting humanity, and then immediately forget what we were saying.
And as far as I know, Mabus didn't pee herself. At least not in the restaurant.
Pictures tomorrow.

1. Those Depends are working well for her
Hey Mabus says we can burn some freepers at Rex's bonfire. Should we roast the marshmallows before or after the freepers?

2. Roast marshmallows fitst.
Otherwise you get a really nasty aftertaste.

3. How about this compromise?
We can use the freepers for kindling to start the fire. Since the bonfire is near Lawrence there probably aren't enough freepers to get a really good fire going. We'll use them to start the fire and then throw on some huge logs to get a real fire going. That way they will "burn off" way before we get the marshmallows and hot dogs out.

Add a little napalm to get it going good.

will be enough to ignite the fire.

21. Picky, picky, picky
Okay, I'll try to get Rex to set-up a bonfire (down wind) for roasting freepers. That way it won't contaminate food.

27. or FREEPERS = Soylent Green
My only fear would be that after a few years of using freepers as Soylent Green people would begin to develop Mad Condi Disease.

4. Revisiting Kelly Ripa
I think I figured out the Kelly Ripa "situation". It comes down to perception. For example, here's the image of Kelly Ripa that comes to the minds of most people.

Here's the Kelly Ripa that Rex sees:

I hope this helps clear up Rex's fascination with her.

The second one is a little grainy. Can you find a better copy? Strictly for research purposes, of course.

6. He's taking a combat nap right now
but he's doing well. Thank you for asking.

He got up early and ran some errands. I had a follow-up doctor visit this morning. I got home a few minutes before he did and saw the OBL "breaking news". When he walked in the door, I looked at him and I told him "Osama's back". He rolled his eyes and said he was going to do what the pResident would do in a situation like this - he went to an undisclosed location and took a nap.

Most of what he does know he picked up from some Iranian room mates back in the 70's. Unfortunately most of what he can say is impolite in mixed company. And you know me, I don't use that kind of language. :eyes:
