BTK Author/Lawyer Beattie Candidate for SOS

Wichita lawyer, and author of Nightmare in Wichita: The 30-year Search for BTK, Robert Beattie, is a Democratic candidate for Secretary of State. He is very concerned about the efforts in Kansas City and Wichita by election commissioners to drastically reduce polling places for this year's elections. Beattie ran for the Kansas House about 10 years ago, has been a professor at Newman and Friends University in Wichita, and has also been an EMT.
