Kansas DU'ers....what of this claim I've heard that Kline...
actually possess no law degree and/or isn't a practicing attorney? I thought I heard this somewhere, or perhaps I am getting him mixed up with Dr. Laura.

1. He has a law degree. He let his law license lapse once or twice
I can't remember which. he also has never actually practiced law. He graduated law school and went into politics.

Kline has said he let his license lapse briefly in 1994 by mistake. It lapsed again for eight months in 1996-97 and 17 months in 1999-2001 when Kline pursued other political and business ventures. http://www2.ljworld.com/news/2006/jun/07/morrison_fires_opening_shots_race/

6. Heard through the grapevine
that if double L Phill loses the AG election, he will run for Johnson County prosecutor. So those of us in Jo Co will have to seriously weigh our options here. hmmm Decisions, decisions.
