Bunning... he's planning to run again in 2010!
According to the Courier Journal, Bunning is already planning his 2010 campaign! This psychopath barely made it through the 2004 election, he seriously thinks he will be able to pull it off in 2010?? And knowing how this state has gone politically, I think Bunning could pull it off if he wanted to... so disappointing.

3. What I fear though is...
What I fear is that even if he isn't functioning (and really he isn't right now either), he will still get enough of the right-wing vote to pull off reelection. Anybody that was stupid enough to vote for Bunning this time around (his mental problems were well publicized, at least in the Louisville media market, where I live) is probably going to do it again just because he is a Republican.

5. Many rumors that he planned to resign...thus appointment
and the rumor mill included the Gov appointing himself, allowing Pence to be gov & elected in his own; or another high-profile state legislator...Williams?

THIS IS MY FIRST POST! I've been reading for months, now have to figure out how to participate...where is the "help" page!

8. It would be a smart move to start Bunning's
smear campaign now. Shouldn't be to hard. If we can get some local billboards. Bumper stickers. Mailings. Whatever it takes. I also think it would be a smart move to take on Northup full force. We did not hit her hard enough the whole campaign season. It's time to smear her as well.

9. That SOB
crushed my dreams, I was a dedicated Mongiardo volunteer, we were so close.

And on top of that the troll Jack Westwood beat out my girl Kathy Groob in our state senate race by like 2000 votes, I really feel if I had worked harder we could have won.

11. and he'll do it full KISS makeup
it's the next logical step in his descent into madness.

Who shall we get to run against him?

Too bad Nick Clooney fizzled out in eastern KY-he would have been good for higher office. of course he was runningin the most rw part of the state. maybe with louisville in the mix, he's have a shot
