Bush coming to Shreveport on March 11

He'll be coming to hold a bogus "town hall" meeting on Social Security at Centenary College. As soon as I get more details I'll post them.

I am from Marshall, TX. It is nice to know that there are others like me around. If there is a protest planned, I would love to be there. Hopefully, my husband and mother could come too. Just let me know when and where!

I think I got married in Marshall once or twice, lol.

My son graduated from Centenary last year, and I have him tracking down info on any protest planned. I know quite a few faculty members dislike Bush, so I'm sure a few of them will be organizing something.

President Bush is supposed to be coming to Shreveport on Friday , March 11th, and will be speaking at Centenary. It's not official yet, but it's almost a sure thing. Only a few tickets will be available to the general public, those will be available after 1 PM and before 5 PM on Wednesday, March 9th at Suite 350, Bellemead office building at 6425 Youree Drive.

Since I'm not a property owner and won't sign a loyalty oath, I don't think I'll even try to get in.

A friend of mine lives about 5 blocks from the college, and we are in the process of planning a party and protest. As I get more info I will post it here for anyone interested.
