National Call-In Day.....Landrieu and Vitter
I am reposting a message that was on the message board of NewDemocracyRising.com:

Subject: Call in day

Hi, folks,
I hosted a MoveOn house party last week. The point was to organize groups to reach out into the community. The first task is a call in day, Wednesday, March 16th. It is to put pressure on senators to defeat the nuclear option. I am posting the info and numbers for the senators. PLEASE take a minute to call in either the local number or the Washington number. I have posted the numbers as well as the one sentence that they are asking us to say.
Thanks,
Melody

NATIONAL CALL IN DAY
Oppose the Republican movement to pack the courts with right-wing judges who favor big business and special interests over the good of the nation. Make your voice count by calling in on Wednesday, March 16th. Senators believe this is an issue that is not important to the public. Hold them accountable by calling in on Move On’s National Call In Day. It is the only way to let them know that the public really does care what goes on.
Calling is easy: Just tell whoever answers, “ I urge Senator ________ to oppose the nuclear option and support judges who will put the public before special interests and big business.”
Landrieu
Washington 202 224 5824
Local 589 2427
Vitter
Washington: 202 224 4623
Local 589 2753

1. Mary's box was full
and it just sent me on an endless loop of automation. If any of you get through to her today, please let me know so that I can try again.

Vitters box wasn't full. I guess others may have decided not to waste their breath on him.
