I AM SO SORRY TO HAVE TO SAY THIS . MY HUSBANDS BAND MATE WENT THROUGH ST. TAMMANY PARISH IN A BOAT ....THERE IS NO MORE SLIDELL......

LACOMBE IS UNDER WATER. EAST ST. TAMMANY PARISH DOES NOT EXIST ANY MORE.

THIS TEARS ME UP .
I DON'T WANT TO CAUSE MASS PANIC BUT I THINK WE ALL HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW THE TRUTH.

THIS IS JUST A REPORT I HEARD" 200 HUNDRED BODIES WERRE FOUND NEAR OAK HARBOR.

I KNOW THIS IS HARD ...I AM SO SORRY TO REPORT THIS ....I DEBATED ON POSTING THIS......

1. You know they will not tell us the truth

the don't trust the American Public to hear it. They want us all to think happy thought, but there is no way that people lived through this with all this flooding. It is what kills most people during a severe storm like this. Please post anything you hear...

I remember after Andrew - not many realized the magnitude of the catastrophe until a few days after. In this day of instant gratification, we expect to know exactly what is happening at any given moment. During crises such as these, life just doesn't work that way.

3. Anyone remember Charley?

I understand we never learned the true carnage of that storm. There were body bags everywhere. I had heard lack of National Guard to help these elderly people helped cause their deaths....
