"BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) - A former New Orleans prostitute says she had an affair with Louisiana senator David Vitter in 1999.

Wendy Ellis says she saw Vitter two to three times a week between July and November 1999. She's calling on him to acknowledge the relationship."

No way he gets past the primary in 2010...

There needs to be a US Attorney to bring up an indictment.

It's my understanding that too much time has past for there to be charges brought.
