gas prices effecting family life

Gas jumped .14cents per gallon this week in my area. seems their is no end in sight.
I filled my wifes vehicle and it was $42 the amount I use to spend a month for my truck.
well soon other businessmen will join in with us common folk. as there is less loose change going their way. when you tighten the belt the frills go.
if you can plant a garden, buy fresh produce from a farmer. strawberry time is coming right up. make your own jams and jelly's. I'll pick 50 quarts and freeze 40 of them.
if you see a bargain on meat by extra for the freezer. cut your own stew beef from a roast or thick steak when it's on sale.
instead of eating out invite friends or family over for a meal. hope they will do the same.
changing your spending habits is the fastest way to effect price gouging.
