I need help! While in the state house, Bob Ehrlich penned a law that said businesses could dump
stuff into the Chesapeake. I remember reading it in this AWESOME question mark campaign that was done by blah3.com. The site now posts mostly about music now, and the KKT campaign owned the ad, which I now cannot find. But what is important is that I can't find that law.

Can anyone help? Does anyone know of what I'm talking?

1. Check this out...
http://mlis.state.md.us/Other/PriorSession/index.htm

It will be a manual search, but it is by year, going back to 1996.

3. Was it a law that Erlich wrote or one that he signed?
If it was one that he wanted passed, then it's probably not on the site that I linked to. He has probably expunged it from anything on the internets.

4. Not great.
A start?

In 2004, Ehrlich signed the Chesapeake Bay Restoration Act, which funds upgrades of water treatment plants to reduce pollution discharge by a surcharge on business and residential water and septic bills. The resulting reduction in pollution into the bay was expected to meet approximately one-third of Maryland's obligations under the 2000 Chesapeake Bay Agreement.
