burned playground in riverside park.
for you baltimore city residents (especially federal hill and sobo) you probably know riverside park. recently they built a nice little playground by the pool which was fenced in to keep out the dogs. last week someone decided to set it on fire, and most of it was destroyed. lots of families enjoyed that park and now its gone. what is wrong with people that they have to ruin a playground?
