State mandated Health Insurance: Why do all the articles in
the Boston Globe talk about the cost in terms of a 35 year old person? I may have to buy this insurance starting this July because I will not be able to afford COBRA any longer. I have tried to get an estimate of what the various options will cost but cannot find anything about cost for someone my age.(64½) I will not be eligible for Medicare until winter and cannot afford the $500.00 a month to keep my current arrangement. Anyone found out where one can see costs? I get the impression that the insurance is age and (large)deductible based. Thanks in advance!

if you haven't already - don't know that this will help answer all your questions, but it's a start I think.
