Confession: I am skipping today's City Council and School Board elections
I am fine on races for state and national elections, even the state legislature, DA, treasurer, etc. But I have no freakin' clue what the differences are between the candidates for today's elections to my town's city council and school board. I feel guilty for not voting today, but I also don't want to make stupid, uninformed choices.

Does this make me a bad Dem and a bad voter?

1. Did you at least do SOME research?
I've checked all the names against www.KnowThyNeighbor.org and OpenSecrets.org

I also did some Googling.

I'm almost completely decided on the entire ballot.

I'm having trouble deciding who to vote for in Brockton Ward 5 for Councilor at Large

2. Some of the candidates are people whose names I've been hearing for decades
Because they've been involved in city politics for ages. But I don't know what they stand for as opposed to the others.

I said I feel guilty... :(
