Massive Lines in The Suburbs!
We were number 9 and 10 in line this morning at 6:35am. By the time the doors opened, at least 250 people in line and when we let the polling place, the line was still longer yet! Democracy in action!

2. Waltham report
70+ people in line at 7:10 AM. I wished I had brought my one year old a hat...

However, for some reason my ward had about 4 people in line so I ended up only waiting 5 minutes tops. The other ward had the huge line. Weird.

I'm pleased to state that the city has moved from the old mechanical machines to optical scan ballots. I voted Kerry, of course!

3. "Old mechanical"?
HA! Hudson still uses paper ballots! At least I know my vote can be recounted. :D
