Western Mass. Small Town - Looking Good
I live in a small town with 1,534 registered voters.

I voted this morning at 10 a.m. (the earliest I ever have). No lines, but a steady stream moving through. All 6 polling booths continually occupied.

Simple ballot. Friendly, helpful poll workers who said turnout was very heavy for that time of the day. Expect to set a record turnout here.

Very intellectual town. Rural with environmental issues over guns. Should go strongly for Kerry.

1. I'm in Metro West. "Looking Good" here too.
At 7:15am today I saw lots of people heading in but no line. We filled in circles with a magic marker.

I had to leave before voting, to get to work reasonably late. I hate voting in the afternoon/evening.
It feels so much better to vote early.

3. Hour wait in Amherst this AM
According to my friend who voted there. No lines in Gfield, steady stream. Line of 30+ voters when polls opened in Conway.
