Poll question: Who are you voting for in the Senate primary?
I'm torn. I like Capuano's positions the best, but I am afraid that he may split votes with Coakley, allowing Pagliuca to win by default. What do you all think?

2. Martha Coakley.
I like that she's from Western MA--Cap's a nice guy and a good liberal, but he's just another Bostonian and I'm worried he may drift right if he gets into the Senate.

3. Are Bostonians known for drifting right ??? If he did he'd still be to the left of Coakley
She has absolutely no evidence of being a progressive prior to her cookie cutter focus-grouped campaign.

5. I can't STAND Coakley. Did you read her policy issue page on her website?

She should be embarrassed.

Nothing of substance on issues. This woman has DLC written all over her.

Houses to vote against the Iraq War Resolution and against the Patriot Act (along with Ted Kennedy).

If you want someone on the left, but not Capuano, I'd suggest Khazei. Coakley never did a liberal thing in her life until she started eyeing Kennedy's seat. If you don't believe me, check her wiki.

9. I hope so!
As much as I would love to vote for a woman I just can't vote for Coakley. She reminds me of a saying a friend used to use- "All fluff and no stuff".
