Rutt-roh. It's snowing harder now...
... and beginning to stick, on the lawns at least, out here in the wilds beyond 495.

It feels way too early for snow, but I am dancing a dance of joy knowing I don't have to play the "what-the-hell-am-I-supposed-to-do-with-my-car?" game in the city this winter!

Here's a check of the five-day forecast:

* Friday Low: 62° High: 82°
* Saturday: Low: 62° High: 83°
* Sunday: Low: 63° High: 76°
* Monday: Low: 59° High: 77°
* Tuesday: Low: 59° High: 78°

(Actually, I don't mind snow. Just not all the time.)

6. Not snowing on the Cape
Not sure if it's supposed to, though. I'm not ready for this. Saturday it was 60 degrees and I was walking on the beach.

7. Still coming down!
No road accumulation in Burlington yet. With my Subaru and a brand new set of Nokian WR tires I have nothing to fear from winter. Except wayward SUV drivers, of course.

My checkbook, however, is about to get walloped to outfit the Saab wagon with steel rims and tires, yikes! Damn larger wheels.

9. thanks for the reminder
I'm gonna find a window and see if I should be getting home now. Snow would make a good excuse to drop what I'm doing until Monday.

Is it snowing in the Pioneer Valley? Anyone around here have a window?

That's right, no windows for grad students.... x(

10. i love the snow ... the more the merrier ...
my little welshTerrier went nuts today ... we have about 2 inches on the ground so far ...

my pup just ran around in circles barking at the snow ... every once in a while, she stopped and buried her snoot in the snow ...

if only we could all know such joy over something as simple as a little bit of nature falling from the sky ...
