Since its founding in 1988, Pioneer Institute has promoted policy solutions that value individual freedom and responsibility, limited and accountable government, and the application of free market principles. The Competition, now in its 14th year, welcomes concrete, innovative ideas that address crucial Massachusetts public policy issues.
One grand prize winner will be awarded $5,000.
Up to three runners-up will be awarded $1,000.
