Aerial Photo: Anywhere in Massachusetts

this website is part of an aerial survey for all of Massachusetts ...

with a few clicks, you should be able to zoom in on your own house ...

here's the link:

http://maps.massgis.state.ma.us/MassGISColorOrthos/viewer.htm

to use the map, click on one of the tools on the right side of the screen ...

start by choosing your town from the drop down list ...
then click the tool that says "Click the map or draw a box to zoom in" ... then, click on the map and drag until you form a box around your part of the town ... keep doing this until you can find your own house ... it's pretty cool !!

Based on construction in the area, I'd say the photos are about a year old, maybe? Anyone else guess?

I felt pretty sneaky looking at the Quabbin region... And there appears to be some kind of alien installation (ooooohhh!!!) on the Prescott Peninsula.

Maybe it's Decaf's home base. He's not from around here, ya know.
