URGENT: FUND HUMAN NEEDS – NOT WAR! Rally Friday, Oct. 28, 5:00 PM

On October 28, 2005

these four Senators –

Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Maria Cantwell (D-WA),

Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) and Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY)

are coming to Boston

to raise funds for their 2006 reelection campaigns.

Join us outside their fundraiser at

the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel for a rally

where we will demand that they step forward

and speak out to end this war,

bring our troops home now and

take care of them when they get here!

Diane, Maria, Debbie and Hillary:

Stop the Funding!

End the War in Iraq!

4. Speaking of human needs, this is disgraceful:
The United Nations reacted with bafflement and dismay on Thursday at the world's failure to come up with quick cash to help save hundreds of thousands of Pakistani quake survivors before winter sets in.
