Could someone explain to me why the Republicans get to elect
21 delegates to their Convention from my hometown (Hingham) and we Dems get 10 delgates from Hingham to our Convention plus 2 alternates?

And Hull:11 Repugs and 6 Dems

How in the name of God do they come up with these numbers? The repugs are going to have a crowded, useless, Convention but I guess it makes them feel important

Before anyone tells me about our method I'm going to guess that it is tied to the number of precincts or wards found in our Communities.

But what is with the Repugs?

1. More people make for great camera shots . . .

More people make for great camera shots, particularly in a state such as Massachusetts that has a small number of Republican registered voters. Romney tried his thing to boost GOP numbers in public offices across the state. He failed miserably. So why not try more people at a convention too? Lights! Camera! Action! Today isn't it about appearances, not about substance? :sarcasm:
