A big skid mark in Cheboygan

Looks Like Wayne made a bad situation worse.

Skid marks of white paint and Fiberglas mark the route of Wayne Duffiney's cabin cruiser along West First Street to Clinton St. The vessel was dragged by a front-end loader and led by a police escort to property on Mackinaw Avenue where the boat had been stored since it burned in 2003 - the subject of police action to remove under blight and nuisance ordinances.
