Wayne County Meeting on Foreclosures! Activists needed to attend meeting!
Wayne County Commissioner Martha Scott

will introduce legislation on April 7 calling for a moratorium on foreclosure sales and an investigation of the banking fraud that victimizes the county and its citizens.



Join Us at the Press Conference April 6, Weds., 5pm

Commissioner Scott, UAW President Bob King, Metro AFL-CIO President Saundra Williams, Reverend D. Alexander Bullock, President of Detroit Rainbow PUSH, and other community leaders will speak to the need for action.



Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church, 396 Labelle Street, Highland Park

(Exit the Lodge at Linwood, follow Linwood south ½ mile as it winds to Oakman Blvd., go left

on Oakman 1 mile to Hamilton, turn right and go 2 blocks to Labelle, turn right and go 3 blocks to the church)



Join Us at the County Commission April 7, 10am-Noon

Commissioner Scott will submit her bill towards the close of the meeting, sometime after 10:30. Members of the public are invited to comment and voice their support.
