Eagan 4th of July Parade

Found this in my email this morning:

DoPeace Minnesota has the #97 spot in the Eagan 4th of July Parade.

We need you! We want a big crowd for PEACE!

July 4 Parade 10:00 a.m. on Yankee Doodle Rd. ending at Central Pkwy.
Line up is on Blue Cross Road at 9:30AM

I emailed the person I received this from about where to park - I don't know if there'd be enough room on Blue Cross road. Updates as I receive them. I'll also look up the directions, I couldn't get the map attached to my email to copy.

Eagan is Timmy the Tool's home - I wonder if he'll be there.

2. There will be parking at Blue Cross Park

I was told you can get to the park from Blackhawk Road (which does run into hwy 13). You may also be able to get to it by turning onto Yankee Doodle Road from 13 and then taking a right onto Blue Cross Road. However, at some point Yankee Doodle will be closed down for the parade.

This is near where I work so I'm going to try and scope out the end of the parade route tomorrow and see if there's any parking there. The person I spoke to didn't seem to know.
