American Indian man dies after fight with Duluth police
DULUTH, Minn. - A man who has been on life support since an altercation with police has died, according to family and officials at St. Mary's Medical Center.

David Croud, 29, a member of the White Earth Band of Chippewa, died at the hospital Tuesday.

Jim Croud said Wednesday that his brother died around 4 p.m. Tuesday. He declined further comment.

Croud never regained consciousness after going into a coma after he was arrested Oct. 12.
