Anyone listening to Mid Morning on MPR this am?

I am and I am convinced there are a LOT of repuglicons calling in, claiming to be Dems and praising the Alaska Governor who is reported now to be McCains VP pick.

And it p.o.-ed me to listen to how they think Democrats don't give a damn about our troops in Iraq, etc... because we had such a grand party in Denver last night. They say they may cancel the RNC here if hurricane Gustav hits hard in New Orleans again, yet all of the blood shed of our military doesn't seem to bother them at all. We managed to get over to Iraq quicker than we got to New Orleans the first time with Katrina. Apparently, they may have guilty consciouses about that now, huh?! lol. If they cancel the RNC, I don't think they will have it here at all - they will probably reschedule it to a big stadium and try to out top Obama at Mile High Stadium last night. All of the spending on remodeling the XCel Energy Center was stupid when we have more bridges to fix here in MN. And, having all the new shop owners between 5th & 7th Streets & Wabasha downtown St. Paul was misleading, too.
