YOU MUST GO TO THE MARCH on MONDAY, get there at 10am
Our cities are under attack my "joint terriorism task force"

Go to the March gives a message to our local elected officials and also to the media.

WE will not be intimidated. If you do not stand up now,, then it is going to get worse until we are are in complete police state.

The March on the RNC will be peaceful because all the media is here.... it is the outside areas that are seeing trouble.

1. When is the actual march?
Between some serious family situations, including my stepfather dying last week, and what these problems have done to my work schedule as a free-lancer (I've lost five days on a large project), I simply can't stand around listening to people telling me that Bush is bad for two hours.

If I go (and it's a big IF), I want to be there for the march, period.

SOOOOO, think I will go there and run my mouth about all this uncivil behavior by the police against civil disobeyers, before they even got to disobey! That way Stephanie, Thom, Bill & Ed will have something really juicy to talk about Wednesday to their national audiences!

5. I'm waiting for reports
The Strib's coverage, naturally, is all about the "clashes."

7. I was there
I got there about 12:30, marched the route peacefully, done about 2:30. I didn't see any trouble.

9. Even the media is making it clear that the big march was peaceful
and that it's a very small group who are making real trouble. I really fail to understand how braking windows at Macy's or throwing nails on the streets helps any cause.
