Al Franken discussed the recount on Thom Hartmann's radio show today.
Franken said the story about an election official driving around with absentee ballots leaves out:

    a) The normal way to get absentee ballots from the central location to the precincts is by car

    b) She had three people with her (representatives of the DFL, the Republican Party, and the Independence Party)


Franken said the recount will cost his campaign $3 million in legal bills and other bills, and he needs donations:

2. They have 'Best Of' on iTunes
and I think White Rose Society has the whole show.

I've got Friday's show already on my PC.



Franken was on the local CBS news broadcast this morning as well. Coleman declinded WCCO's invitation to appear :rofl:
