GOP Rep. Tom Emmer pushed to put the brakes on penalties for DWIs. That drew some attention to Emmer's criminal record.

2. I really don't care if they keep the law the way it is or change it until there is a hearing

but I will say, if you're drinking so much that you could get 3 DWIs in 3 days a "minor" thing like license revocation is not going to stop you from drinking and/or driving.

3. Not much scandal there

It looks like Emmer's record comes from one stop 17 years ago.
I'm in favor of any change that would presume innocence until proven guilty in a court of law.
