SW Minneapolis - Repuke challenger kicks "Voter Assistance" van out of lot
Washburn H.S. (49th St. & Pleasant) The van had a non-partisan sign for "Voter Assistance". I walked over to thank her for being there, and she looked a little shook up. A Republican challenger had just told her she had to leave the parking lot, so she found a place on the street at 49th and Pleasant (just 30 ft. from where she was in the parking lot).

If anyone is going to be in the neighborhood, please make sure she's not being harassed and tell her "Thank you!"

2. Simple. IN-TI-MI-DA-TION. You will hear a hundred stories like this...
... by day's end.

Already, news stories reporting on such pre-election day shenanigans have attempted to be "unbiased" and show examples of such behavior by both sides. It's clear, though, that Repubs are activley engaged in vote supression.

Hopefully, though, it won't matter.

Starting at 11am eastern I take people who can't drive or are impaired to get theirselves to the polls. I'll be damned if I get harassed!

5. Can you go back to the poll and take a photo of this
self appointed authority? This woman in the van did nothing wrong. Call 866-our-vote and report this thuggery.

6. The thug (and his wife) were long gone by the time I finished talking
to the woman. I think he went inside to vote. I'm at work now, 20 miles away. I'm assuming the woman called her organization to report it.
