3/11 11:30am Hennepin County Courthouse Hear from those arrested in front of United Health Care
Last October 5th, six Minnesotans were arrested when they sat down at the front doors of the United Health Group headquarters in Minnetonka, MN.

On March 9th, the tables will turn. Thousands of activists (including 19 Minnesotans) will arrest insurance company executives huddled at the Washington D.C. Ritz-Carlson for their annual industry conference.

The real crime is denying people the health care they need.

Join us for an action this Thursday at the Hennepin County Courthouse. We'll hear from UHG arrestees, as well as a few of the 19 Minnesotans currently in D.C., about how we can continue to push back at the insurers who are shortchanging us every day.

WHAT: Health Care Reform Action

WHEN: Thursday, March 11th at 11:30am

WHERE: Hennepin County Government Center, 300 S 6th St, Minneapolis, MN 55487

We'll take action ourselves to round up those who would stop health care reform. Why? Because if the insurance companies win, we lose.

Please let me know if you can join us by RSVPing to Chris Conry at chris@takeactionminnesota.org or 651-379-0760.

1. Wish this were in the evening
I wish this were in the evening so I could go. Also, I hate going downtown and paying a fortune for parking.

2. Yeah I wish the courts had hearings in the evening
and as for the parking. I usually park at a light rail and take that right to the front steps.

But I also work in the day.. so I can't go either but some people work downtown and could go on their lunch break.. or some people are retired or self employed and it is nice if they are able to do.

we can only do what we can do.

We could call the local TV stations and see if they are covering it.
