Franken & Klobuchar both voted against martial law today.
They voted for the Udall amendment, which would have removed language from the Defense bill for the military to jail people arrested in the US.

Unfortunately, the amendment didn't pass.

The Obama administration has implied Obama will veto the bill. I guess contacting the White House should be the next step for activists.
