My boyfriend will be on WCCO! (School and politics related)

Hey Everyone,

My boyfriend Brian is a music teacher at several different Minneapolis Public Schools (he splits his time between 3-4 schools because no one-school can seemingly fund a full-time music program anymore).

Anyway, he's being interviewed tomorrow (Friday 12.10) by WCCO (Ch.4 in the Twin Cities) about how people have been trying to donate/fundraise money to help out various programs in the district, and he's been asked to comment on it. (Short Answer: There isn't enough money to cover the budget...duh!)

He's also going to use this opportunity to let it rip about "No Child Left Behind", Bush, Pawlenty, and various education-funding issues! Now, we all know how much gets edited out before the show actually airs (and he's not the only teacher being interviewed) so I'm not sure what (if any) will make it on TV. But he's going to do his best to make us Democrats proud!

I'm unsure of the time it's going to air. But I will post as soon as I find out. Might be kind of fun to see. Just wanted to share with you all!

how much of his comments WCCO (or "WDFL" as my freeper coworkers like to call it) allows to be broadcast.

I thought it was interesting on KSTP this morning (probably the most conservative of the local stations, but we watch it in the morning because of Rusty Gatenby) they commented on some road construction projects being delayed, and actually said that MnDOT blames federal cutbacks AND Pawlenty's poor borrowing! Ha ha ha!

Especially since they rehired Cyndy "Blinky" Brucato. She is such a damn hack. The bitch has had so much Botox it is a wonder she can even open her mouth to speak.

I can't beleive her face hasn't shattered my TV screen yet.

Hubbard Broadcasting are some evil-ass SOBs, I've heard some good dirt from disgruntled former employees.

The segment is supposed to air at either 5 or 6 pm broadcast tonight (Friday 12.10). LOL they still were not sure themselves!

Brian said it went well, so we'll just have to see what happens!

Well, it looks like they cut out Brian's interview and made the whole story all happy and non-political LMAO!

Anyway, he was the guy with the trumpet teaching the band kids!
