How do you think the Vikings will do this year?

With the addition of the new defensive players it looks like we could have the best of both worlds. Offense and defense. Something we haven't had around here in many years.

1. Well.... I did like the Vikes alot this year...

But, as a member of the Raider Nation, Im quite thrilled about aquiring your Randy Moss. It doesnt seem like Minnesotans care too much to get rid of him, but I too think he will fit in way better in Oakland.

I enjoy Culpepper alot though,and you do have a sweet 7th overall pick as well. I wish them the best of luck.

2. I miss Randy Moss....NOT

Great player when he wants to try...He just does not want to consistently try.

I like the Vikings chances better this year, since we do not have the distraction of Moss and what he will do next. We do, however have the distraction of our ticket scalping head coach (whom I believe is not the only head coach in this situation, but is the one being made an example of). Mike Tice as a head coach has been a complete bust, and I wish Red McCombs would finally sell the team so we can get a new and decent head coach.

Vikings will make the playoffs and lose in the second round.

I will also watch the Oakland games just to see him play. I do agree that Tice should be replaced along with his friends and family he brought with him to the Vikings organization.
If the Vikings are going to move people around lets start at the top. I lost all faith in Tice when he presented chimpy with a Vikings jersey before the election.:puke:

6. Me too, reluctantly

Mrs. Dodger and I visited Mankato training camp last August.
Coach Tice sat at a table doing autograph duty.
He was very accomodating, autographing extra crap Mrs. D brought along and posing for several pictures for us.

Wish he had not gone to that Smirk rally, for sure.

Sidebar: At the table next to Tice was Chuck Foreman, peddling his bobbleheads and pictures. Not many takers, kind of sad.
He was the Randy Moss of his day, to the extent that your heart sped up every time he was given the ball. I remember it well.

7. I met Chuck Foreman at a Viking event...

Told him we could really use his talent right now. He replied, "I could have really used the kind of money the players are making now."

A great player and a classy person.
